Information we may handle

• Search information: origin, destination, travel dates, passenger counts, and cabin preferences that you enter to request flight results.
• Support information: the email address and details you choose to send to support.
• Technical and usage information: browser, device, approximate location derived from technical data, pages viewed, interactions, and similar diagnostic information collected through hosting logs or analytics tools.
• Referral information: information needed to route you to an external airline or booking seller and to understand whether a link was used, where applicable.

Skanze does not ask you to enter payment-card information on Skanze pages. Payment and passenger details are handled on the external airline or booking-seller page you choose.

Cookies and analytics

Skanze may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, site operation, security, and measuring how the service is used. The current site may use Google Analytics when configured and Microsoft Clarity for product diagnostics and session insights. These providers may process technical and usage information under their own policies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and use provider-level privacy or opt-out controls where available. Blocking analytics may not prevent the site from working, but it can reduce diagnostic information available to us.

How we use information

When information may be shared

Information may be processed by service providers that host the site, provide analytics, support flight search, screen or resolve booking links, or help maintain security. When you choose an external booking link, the airline or seller receives information through its own site and policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid request from a public authority.

Skanze does not sell tickets or take payment for bookings. The external seller's privacy policy governs information you provide after leaving Skanze.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service operation, security, support, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Retention can vary by the type of information and the provider processing it.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive identity or payment information to support.

US privacy choices and rights

US privacy rights vary by state, residency, business size, data practices, and legal thresholds. Depending on where you live and whether a law applies, you may have rights to request access or information about personal data, correction, deletion, portability, or to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, or profiling activities. You may also have a right to equal treatment for exercising applicable rights.

To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” and describe the right you want to exercise. We may need to verify the request and may ask for information needed to locate it. We will respond as required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why and any available appeal process.

Children and policy changes

Skanze is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact support.
